Friendly and hassle free I recently was driving home to Tennessee from visiting a buddy in Columbus. About ten miles north of Portsmouth my transmission went out and I was stu I recently was driving home to Tennessee from visiting a buddy in Columbus. About ten miles north of Portsmouth my transmission went out and I was stuck without a vehicle. I was a cheapskate in an awkward position and Glockner was the closest dealership. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't try to work me over and try to sell me something over my suggested monthly price. They actually beat the price, which I've never experienced at another dealership. They worked up a deal for a new car, which I wasn't expecting. They were quick, friendly, and very informative about my options. I was out the door with a great new car for a great price. More
