Terrible Experience!! We tried to buy a 2012 Camero from Glockner's. Appointment made and when we arrived, "JC" the Sales Manager said that someone was out test riving the We tried to buy a 2012 Camero from Glockner's. Appointment made and when we arrived, "JC" the Sales Manager said that someone was out test riving the car and hadn't returned it. We were there 3 hours....car never returned and they could not get a hold of "said driver". JC ran our credit application and we were told they would call us when ca returned. It has been almost two weeks and no call. I would not recommend Glockner's at all. Very poor customer service!!!! More

I went in that day to just look..I ended up driving 6 car My experience could not have been better.... Randy was very patient, curtious and very kind. I went in that day to just look..I ended up driving 6 cars and not really sure which one I wanted.Randy took the time to let me think about it and ask a lot of questions to help eliminate them one by one until I decided I wanted the Dodge Avenger... I know it was past time for him to leave but he didn't say a word, he just kept smiling and gave me time to think without pressure..
