I originally went to Glockner South Point Ford to have my 2008 Ford Escape serviced. While waiting, Steve approached me about trading my current vehicle in. The thought of trading vehichle hadn't entered my 2008 Ford Escape serviced. While waiting, Steve approached me about trading my current vehicle in. The thought of trading vehichle hadn't entered my mind, and I had my doubts about qualifying, but Steve and Terry went out of their way to work out a deal I could live with and that fit my budget...and who says no to a new car? Steve, Terry, and the whole Glockner team were very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable...not to mention patient. And thanks to Monica for making the paperwork painless.
