I had went to the dealership to have my current vehicle serviced, but after finding out I was going to need a new transmission I decided on a new vehicle. He was able to get me approved and worked hard with the ford motor credit. Drew came into the picture at the end, cleaning up the finishing details, like fueling and other misc. things. Quander Wilson sold us are 2012 Ford Focus and we loved that car. We took are 2012 in for an oil change today and while there we met with Quander and he showed us that he could get us in a brand new 2014 F that car. We have been looking at different cars and dealerships but really had not made a definite decision on whether we would go with a new car or pre-owned. Although we arrived close to quitting time we couldn't have been treated better without any hesitation or lack of customer service. Drew Bressler was able to answer almost every question we had off the top of his head. He is very knowledgeable & friendly without being pretentious. Once we had determined more than casual interest in the Taurus SEL, Drew committed to making sure we were happy with the deal that he and the manager, JL Mick were able to make us. Going in and explaining my situation, it wasn't that I had bad credit, it was that I had "no'' credit. Sam Bays took care of that situation. Within 1 hour I left with the lot with a beautiful car, with low mileage and my dignity still intact. These folks and everyone that I came into contact with at Glockner's are Aces in my book, doing everything possible for me to have the car with a no high pressure sales technique.
