I left the dealership twice because I wasn't satisfied with the deal. The reason I continued to come back was because of the fiendly atmosphere of your employes. Quander was always couteous and friendly. When I decided to buy, Quander was on vacation but I wanted him to get the credit for the sale of the truck. Drew was also helpful in explaining the paper work that went along with the truck. Bill was a pleasing sales manager who was easy to talk with and negotiate what I thought was a fair price. In the future I will continue shopping around and will always give your dealership the chance to compete with other dealers. Noel Faulkner More

I called Beford South Point Ford on Thursday to discuss purchasing a new Ford Explorer and trade in my 2009 Ford Escape. The vehicle I wanted was at a different dealership, but Sam Bays got on the phone t purchasing a new Ford Explorer and trade in my 2009 Ford Escape. The vehicle I wanted was at a different dealership, but Sam Bays got on the phone to the other dealership, then ran a credit report for me and my husband. We went over on Thursday evening to look at a similar vehicle to check the room with 3rd row seating. By Saturday morning, Sam had made arrangements for our 2013 Explorer to be picked up at the other dealership, and by that same evening at 5:00 pm, all paper work had been signed, and we were driving away with a brand new vehicle which we love. It had more features than we expected, was washed and gassed up to the max, and we were treated with smiles all around. They got us the vehicle we wanted at the monthly payment we wanted. They were so wonderful to us. We will never go anywhere else to purchase new vehicles again. Thanks Mark, Connie, Sam and the whole team at Beford South Point Ford !!!! More

Very friendly - Sam started a conversation each time someone else was doing some part of the transaction so as not to leave me just sitting (ie. appraising car, doing paperwork) - introduced me to everyone that was assisting in the sale - introduced me to the owner. Bill appraised car and made the deal - good listener and was not pushy - was willing to negotiate in a most friendly manner - was sincere in knowing I was satisfied with the deal/price. Missy was very thorough in explaining options (ie. extended warranty) and in reiterating the deal - she was not pushy with her sales pitch. 4. Overall experience was terrific - one hour and I purchased a car that was not on their sales lot, made a deal on a trade in, signed paper work and was out the door - received a timely phone call from Sam telling me when I could pick up my new Fusion (next day). 5. Price - great!! - especially pleased with the trade in price. More
Even though I checked used sales above as my reason for a visit, I was really there to have my '12 Fusion serviced. Drew and I became friends when he first came to Beford and I met him in the service dept when I was having my '10 F150 serviced a couple years ago. Anyway, he came in and said howdy and asked the wife and me about how our kids were doing and so forth. About a month ago, when my son came home from college, we were throwing around the idea of trading our '99 Merc Mountaineer that he drives when he isn't away at school in IN. We were looking at an '03 White Ranger 4x4, bust couldn't make up our mind and what we wanted to budget as far as price. So we didn't reach a deal. So after we talked a bit, Drew asked if we ever did anything and I told him we hadn't. He said the Ranger we had been looking at was still there and he figured we could reach a good deal if we were interested. The wife and I said it wouldn't hurt to just see what we could come up with. Drew introduced us to Terry and of course, he and I hit it off right off the bat. We both love to fish, like vintage Nascar memrobilia. After we talked about what I was looking for as far as price, I gave them a figure I could live with. (Terry and Drew, disregard what I am about to say), I always give a lower figure with what I can live with. After a few minuets and Drew bringing me a Diet Dew, Terry came up with a figure the wife and I could live with. So this now makes 3 vehicles I have purchased from Beford since '10. Two new and now this used one. When our son got home this evening from his summer job, he was super surprised to see his new ride sitting on his side of our garage. He attends a very academically demanding college, makes good grades and plays basketball also. He deserves to be rewarded and it makes me happy when I can put a big smile on his face. Drew and Terry helped me do that today and I so appreciate it. Now the only problem, is I have a daughter that will be driving in a couple years who I am just a proud of. lol Prior to buying from Beford, for years I only dealt with my uncle who worked at another Ford dealership. He had to treat me like family. Beford doesn't have to treat me like family, but Drew and Terry sure do make sure thats how I feel. Glad to call them my friend. Folks, if you want to be treated like this when you need a new or used vehicle, go see these guys. More
