Terry asked me what type of car I was interested in , and I said a ford fusion. Come to find out that is the same car he drives. With the hard work from terry and co workers I drove home in my beautiful 2013 ford fusion. Take it from me, I never thought I would have any luck with a brand new car but gos to show you what wonderful caring people like terry howard and Mr. Beford , Jay and all the rest it is very possible to have a new car. Without me going to that dealership I would not have a beautiful car that I cannot quit talking about.today.Thanks again Terry Howard! More

Everyone was very friendly and told us of our options we could buy in our price range. They worked very hard to make it possible for us to get a new vehicle. We went to this dealership to get a new car, following the loss of the original 2001 ford windstar to an accident on the road in Huntington,Wv, near Hmg medical center, that happened back in Nov 2012. the loss of the original 2001 ford windstar to an accident on the road in Huntington,Wv, near Hmg medical center, that happened back in Nov 2012. And my mother decided to get another ford, due to the fact that we were not hurt in the accident, although the ford windstar 2001 class was very severely damaged. Then soon after, we had to rent a car, before we decided to get to the dealership to get a new ford, which we did after not finding any car to our liking somewhere else. we went in and were very warmly welcomed by everyone there, including connie , who then introduced us to one of the dealers there. she walked with us over to sam, who not only welcomed us, but treated us with both warmth, the most gentlemanly manners, and respect. He was never pushy with us, giving us care and dignity while letting us know about the choices of the fords here, which were many, and were all very beautiful. We also saw a few, and there was one that was quite nice looking to say the least. Then after having a test drive, my mother and I had to ask him if there were choices for it colorwise. There were, but they were in different states, and my mother needed a car asap. We then both talked it over , my mother and I , and then my mother told sam that she wanted that car. he was quite happy, and alerted connie soon after. after that, we went with him to connie, who also was a most caring and capable lady, and she also helped us to get funding for the car. she listened as she told her what happened, and then told us that she would help us to get the car to replace the one that she had lost due to the accident. we got a pair of credit card apps, signed up for them, and used the money from the cards to get the car. sam and connie? you all have the best service there, were helpful to get my mother the car, and she loves it! I was in the market for another car, because my old car had a bad transmission (slipping badly), and for the last 6 weeks; I have been driving it with no reverse! Finally, the old car just wouldn't even move, and it was time to step up the search for another vehicle. My son had been searching the internet for vehicles in my price range, and found that Beford Ford, in South Point, Ohio; had a better selection of used cars than most of the other dealers. My son, my grand-daughter, and I drove to Beford's; just to look around. We were greeted on the lot by Roger Estep, then went into the dealership to talk about what type of vehicle I needed, what I wanted, and what I could afford. Mr. Mick was very helpful with financing details, and surprisingly, I was able to afford a better vehicle than I thought I could. Mr. Wilson and I went for a test drive, and I was very satisfied with the car. Hoping that I could find the car I needed, I had brought a bag of cash with me. You should have seen the looks I got from Monica, when she saw that stack of one dollar bills ($700 in BINGO WINNINGS) that I laid on the table. It looked like a whole lot more than what it was! The bottom line is: DO I RECOMMEND BEFORD FORD TO OTHER PEOPLE? The best answer I could give you is: I would send my kids there to buy a car. I feel that they would be treated fairly, and would be given any help that they might need to purchase a car. Don't believe me? Go give Beford a chance to help you. YOU'LL SEE!! More

I enjoyed my experience at Beford South Point Ford with my car purchase. I felt the dealership was very concerned with knowing me as a person and what i wanted in a car. He was very knowledgable in all the information on cars and as a sales person with finance etc. He made me feel very comfortable and not like i was being pushed around as it seems a lit of dealerships and sales people try to do now a days.
