Over our 39 years of marriage we have purchased a very large number of cars and trucks but our recent visit to Beford South Point Ford was one of the most pleasant ones we have ever experienced. We were greeted pleasantly and professional by Mr. Roger Estep upon arrival at the dealership. We explained that we were just beginning our quest for another vehicle and gave Roger an idea of what we were looking for. The selection of vehicles at the dealership was excellent and finding what car/truck we were looking for was very easy. After narrowing our choices we chose a new 2013 F-150. We worked with Terry Howard and JL Mick on putting together our purchase. Terry was very informative about options and JL made things work with Ford. We had a very nice trade in and the folks at Beford gave us a very good price for our trade-in which was key in making our final decision to purchase. We were given a tour of the facility from the Service Department to the waiting area and found it clean and a very professionally run dealership. After deciding we met with Monica Runyon who went through our paper work, painlessly I might add, and we were set to go in good time. Our new F150 was prepped and cleaned and we were back on the road never having planned to make a purchase that day. I actually came in for an oil change, and thought I'd just look around at the used vehicles. I needed to trade in my '05 Escape, but really didn't think I could afford anything else right now.
