It was time to trade my car in and I wasn't looking forward to the experience but when I went to Beford, I was greeted outside the dealership and taken to the gentleman I had spoken with on the phone, forward to the experience but when I went to Beford, I was greeted outside the dealership and taken to the gentleman I had spoken with on the phone, Terry Howard. The atmosphere was very friendly and I felt comfortable speaking with him about price, payment, etc. He didn't waiver from what I had requested and I appreciated that. All the employees from sales to service were exceptionally friendly. If I had a question, it wasn't only answered but I was shown the answer. I met Connie and her daughter Missy who were exactly what they are on TV - caring. I would definitely recommend Beford - they didn't push - they gave me exactly what I asked for with courtesy and respect and I would like to thank the entire staff for making my visit to Beford a pleasant one:) More
