Really was a positive experience with all of the various factors of an expensive purchase, of a new vehicle. We felt that on our trade-in, we were treated fairly, and no haggle over the value. I met with Mr. Roger Estep our salesman at least twice, and each time I was appreciative of his friendly upfront disposition, that put many of my fears at ease.
