He and J.L. helped me find a vehicle to suit my family of five (4-wheel drive and seating for seven), worked out the financing and put me in my (new to me) Ford Explorer! I could not have had a better experience with anyone else! Monica helped me decide about which warranty package I should purchase to fit my financial and coverage needs and Connie stopped by Monica's office to ensure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase and service. Words can not express the how excellent the quality and friendly, professional service was that Fred and J.L. provided!
