Customer Service - I primarily dealt with Fred and Bill who were both very informative and extremely helpful when I was looking to buy a car to suit my needs and price point. Working for a company myself that excels and prides itself on their fantastic customer service, I wouldn't expect any less from other companies. Fred, Bill and the other associates at Beford were not lacking in this important quality and I thank them for that. Quality of Work - I didn't actually go to the dealership to get any work done on a car but rather to buy a vehicle. I still feel comfortable rating Beford a 5 in this area because they provided me a record of what maintenance was done on the car in the past via a Carfax report AND a record of what was done to the car by the dealership shortly before I purchased it. This added excellent value to what I was getting for the money. I was also introduced to the head of the service department so I could put a face to who would be overseeing any work I might have done, such as an oil change or other regular maintenance. I will certainly be having any future maintenance to my car completed by Beford. Friendliness - I rated Beford's customer service a 5 and you certainly can't have that without a level of friendliness. The friendliness of Fred, Bill and everyone else at the dealership was not lacking in this area at all. They made me feel welcome from the beginning with a firm handshake and immediately made me feel like a new friend rather than just another customer. Overall Experience - My overall experience at Beford was nothing short of a 5. This is certainly due to the above attributes displayed by everyone there and of course the price was great too. I would certainly recommend Beford to my friends if they are ever looking to buy a used or new car because I'm confident they would get nothing but the best out of dealing with them. Price - Before I went to Beford I didn't want to spend much more than 6-8 thousand but I realized I would probably get about the same type of car I had the last couple of years. I knew that if I wanted something within the last 5-6 years, with low miles and decent owner history free of accidents that I would need to spend more. I ended up finding exactly that and although it was more than I initially thought about spending it is highly worth it. I feel like I got a car with all the extras that should have and probably would have been a lot more at other dealers. Bottom line - If you're looking for a place that will treat you right and find something to suit your needs, come here. More
