I visited Bedford Ford Feb. 8, 2013 with much hesitation after a horrible experience at another local dealer.Well as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Terry,and he couldn't have been nicer. I live in St. Albans, WV and have purchased my last two vechicles at Beford Auto when they had a location here. I was always happy with my service and the employees always were very helpful . When I decided it was time to trade my car in I looked around locally but the dealers were not very helpful and I decided to wait. I went online this past fall and Terry Howard contacted me from Beford in Ohio. At the time I did not purchase a car but I have to hand it to Terry , he does not give up. He recently contacted me and told me he had the car I was looking for.We worked out most of the arrangements over the phone and Monica Runyan in the finance dept. was very nice as well. I traded in my car and was leaving Ohio within 45 min. of arriving because they had all the paperwork ready for me.Also, even though it was closing time Terry took the time to show me how everything in the car worked .
