I went to Beford Ford to see if they could get me the truck i was looking for and from the very start of the process when i arrived at the dealership i had a appointment with Sam Bays but he was still wi truck i was looking for and from the very start of the process when i arrived at the dealership i had a appointment with Sam Bays but he was still with another customer,but instead of having me wait i was introduced to Terry Howard and he began the process of listening to what i was looking for and just in no time at all he found the exact truck i was looking for at another dealership.So from there I got w/ missy in finance dept.and after everthing checked out on my part Terry told me about everthing about all rebates etc.that were available,and then ask me where i needed to be for a payment i told him and that was worked out.Then after we settled on a deal and all paperwork out of way I left knowing that they had to go get my vehicle at the other dealership keeping in mind it could be wednesday before i actually got my truck but on Tuesday the nxt day Sam called to let me know my truck would be there and i could pick it up around 4:30PM.WOW was i happy about that.So during the pickup process Sam was there and was excellent in this part of the process,everthing about the truck was explained he even called insurance agent and that was covered so i could drive the vehicle.So in summary the entire experience was EXCELLENT!! low pressure and everybody i dealt with were excellent in theirpart of the process.and even the salespeople not involved spoke and were very curtious making me feel comfortable while in the building.So Mark & Connie Beford u have a great staff working for you,& YES CONNIE DOES CARE!!!!!!! Worked with Drew on the purchase of my new SUV. Buy a new car 99% of the time comes down to a price. I felt that they worked with me through it all. Would I recomend Drew to family and Friends, I can honestly say yes, I feel like I could call him up today, tomorrow or months down the line and that he would treat me with the same respect and courtesy that he showed me from the first time we spoke. I'll always look for the best deal but in the future I'll stop at South Point Ford first!! More

I went to 3 orher dealers trying to get a vehicle and where i was young and u had my work uniform on nobody would wait on me or take me serious. All 3 wouldn't let me test drive a vehicle and they wouldn where i was young and u had my work uniform on nobody would wait on me or take me serious. Sam treated me geat and like a member of society I would tell all my friends and family to come to Beford Ford and buy a vehicle. More
