He was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. It was a busy day and we were there for a while. At one point, when we commented jokingly that we had missed lunch, he even brought us a plate of food. He walked us through the entire process, from the test drive to the financing. He's been available each time we've returned to the dealership and is always willing to help. The experience has been very positive and we would definitely buy a vehicle from Glockner again! More
