When I walked into Beford ford I was greated by Mr.Rick Honeycutt he was very plesant and easy to talk to and got me the help I needed. 08/21/12. Back to the Dealer as I noticed a wheel center knock out was missing from the car I just purchased. Scott checked with the detailer and it was not in the shop. I said, "I wanted to buy one". Scott knock out was missing from the car I just purchased. Scott checked with the detailer and it was not in the shop. I said, "I wanted to buy one". Scott said, "he would pay for it as he should have seen it". I said, "not to worry about it, it would not be a problem". We went back to the Parts department and found that the part cost $24.95. I got my credit card out, but Scott said; "at least let me go halfers with you". I said, "no". Scott the parts guy said, "he needed the tire size". Scott Sias went and got the VIN # from the computer and came back to Parts. After looking up the part number, Scott found he had one in stock. What a pleasent surprise when he said, "here, this is the one ordered for your car". He could have said that will be $24.95, but he didn't. Now, is this not the kind of people you want to deal with? I called about a particular used vehicle to see if I could get finacing. I told them my credit score,car that had been appraised the day before. I was told by Terry to let me see what they could do that could get finacing. I told them my credit score,car that had been appraised the day before. I was told by Terry to let me see what they could do that he would call back about 1030.At 1030 I was called by JL telling me it was a done deal that he got me for the truck. I needed to bring in proof of residence,income,insurance,and license. So I clean my car out for the trade and gather my paperwork. I get to the lot and Terry copies everything takes it to JL. When he comes back he tells me that the truck I picked out wasnt approved. That he had picked out a truck that would work. I have bren a very loyal customer to South Point Ford and always been completly honest. What I was told was nothing but a lie. I would have been ok with we cant help you but lie to me,waste my time, and try to switch vehicles on me at the last second is terrible. What mire can you expect from a car salesman. More

Last week I had driven past the Dealership and just looked over the lot from the road. On Saturday, 08/18/12, I felt a leading to drive into the lot and actually get out of the car and look around. I had been looking for a used car for about 2 weeks. After a short period of time Scott Sias came walking out and introduced himself. He was very polite and I was impressed by his demeanor. He was very knowledgeable concerning the Taurus I was looking to buy. We went for a test drive and had casual conversation. It was a great experience for me and even though I had not planned on buying the car that day, as it would happen, my plan changed. There was no pressure applied to me and that is one of the things that I liked the best. All personal in the Dealership were friendly and they all seemed to work well together. Financing was easy and I appreciated the fact that if I could find better financing than the 2.9% they gave me; then I could have their paperwork torn up and go with mine. Drew and Terry were both so effecient and knowledgeable about the various cars available and the many features on each. Terry went out of his way to get us the car that we wanted in the color and to make s about the various cars available and the many features on each. Terry went out of his way to get us the car that we wanted in the color and to make sure that it had the features I wanted ,even though he had to get it from another dealer. He obtained the one we wanted as soon as possible for us. When we came to pick it up, he went over every feature in the system with us in detail and re-reviewed any feature that I needed him to. In addition,he told me if I needed further instruction later to return and he would go over any aspect that I needed him to. We have never experienced that kind of pesonalized treatment from any other Dealer in this area. In our opinion you have two very remarkable and efficient Salesmen employed in your dealership.
