When I inquired online regarding the cost of a Ford Fusion in our area I was pleasantly suprised by a telephone call from Fred Hogan. Fred told us about a 2009 Fusion SL with very low mileage. Quander greeted us as we arrived. Was very friendly. Asked us what we were interested in & then proceded to tell us what they had on the lot. He even showed us the differences in vehicle options. I have been looking at the 2012 Ford Focus SE in Frosted Glass Metalic for a few months. I had contacted Bedford and was conected with Sam Bays. He was very helpful and let me know they had the car and ex Glass Metalic for a few months. I had contacted Bedford and was conected with Sam Bays. He was very helpful and let me know they had the car and expected another one soon. He called when the second one came into the dealership. I didn't follow up, and I guess one sold. The other was the next step up, and not quite in my ball park. I called Sam today, and he told me there was an SE he could get for me from another location. Sam was so knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and put me at ease. I have been to other dealers and did not feel this comfortable. As we were discussing my options, Bill Rickert found another SE for less, and they arranged for it to be at the dealership on Fri., 8/10/12 (tomorrow). I was very pleased, and we made the deal. I am so happy I came to Bedford and delt with Sam Bays. I will recommend him to my Family and friends. He is a real asset to your dealership.
