My experience with Beford auto was nothing less than FANTASTIC! From the minute I stepped onto the lot and was greeted by the salesman, Drew, till I drove away in my new car they listened to what I had FANTASTIC! From the minute I stepped onto the lot and was greeted by the salesman, Drew, till I drove away in my new car they listened to what I had to say about my needs and what I was able to afford. They did not bombard me with jargon and instead showcased the car. It sold itself. I appreciated that Drew kept me engaged and took the time to show me all the wonderful features of the car even after I agreed to the purchase and did not simply pass me off to the sales manager and move on to the next customer. The Sales manager JL did not use any "slick talk" to confuse me and I sincerely felt he was working for me. Melissa (Missy) took time to explain every aspect of my contract in terms I could clearly understand. She used examples that assured I knew exactly what was in the contracts. Met with Fred Hogan and he was very nioe and informative and explained all of our options to us and listened to what we were looking for and let us try out a couple different models and then hooked us up with a super deal on a 2011 Tundra that was beautiful. Then I figured we would be there for awhile or have to wait till Monday on the financing but in about 5 minutes Steve Bowker came back and said your good to go. We finished up the financing with a very nice lady that took about 15 minutes and we were headed down the road in our new truck. I am once again very pleased with our experience at Beford. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and it was always a hassle but not at Beford. They listen to you and give you what you want, not what they want you to have. Thanks to all involved and we will see you in about 3 years when we are ready to buy again. Connie really does care. They have proved it to me twice. More
