Wonderful place to purchase a vehicle. The staff is friendly, honest and willing to listen to your questions. This was my first time buying a vechicle from Bedford Ford, boy was i impressed . One reason I had a good experience at Beford Ford was that the focus of the sale I could tell that the sales team is made Ford, boy was i impressed . There were no fake smiles and handshakes. I know that these people really care about giving their customers the best service possible. Another reason I liked buying my vechicle at Beford is that the sales staff is very knowledgable about the products they sell. In the past, I have had experiences with dealers that dont care if they sold you a car or truck or suv...Quander impressed me with his respect for his customers and knownledge.and I believe that Beford has the true key to customer satisfaction. I had been shopping for a new truck for a couple weeks and had gotten completely frustrated dealing with arrogant salesmen across the tri-state area. Several people had recommended Beford so I broke down and had gotten completely frustrated dealing with arrogant salesmen across the tri-state area. Several people had recommended Beford so I broke down and went there. WOW, the friendliness and willingness to help me find what I wanted was unbelievable. Sam and Rick were amazing to work with and went out of their way to make sure they found something as close as possible to what I wanted. I warned them that I had X amount of money that I was willing to spend and they never once pressured me to spend any more than that. They went above and beyond to put me in the best truck possible and even came down to my amount instead of haggling back and forth all day. My wife was involved in the whole process and now thinks the world of Sam because of his complimenting her on how young she looked. If I had it all to do over again, I would skip all the other dealerships that I'd wasted time at and go straight to Beford. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, and I will do business there again. More

This started out quite frustrating. Drew met us and was quite friendly but had to pass us off to JL, who we found to be less than pleasant and unorganized. We knew which vehicle we wanted but he kept askin quite friendly but had to pass us off to JL, who we found to be less than pleasant and unorganized. We knew which vehicle we wanted but he kept asking us what our 2nd and 3rd choice was. He said he was trying to find us the best financing he could but after sitting there for nearly 2 hours we left with him having done nothing. Our new sales consultant, Rick Honeycutt, called us the next day to see what we had found out & decided. We told him what our terms were. He called right back and said we had a deal. We went back and after sitting another 2 hours we found out that our vehicle would not be ready & that JL had broken a portion of our deal. We were buying a used vehicle that had 4 mismatched tires and matching tires, not new, just matching, was part of our deal. We knew that Rick's hands were tied on this because it was JL that had changed the terms. So again we were leaving with no intentions of returning. The ONLY reason we stopped was because sales consultant Steve Bowker caught up with us and said he saw the frustration we were feeling and what could he do to make it right. We explained the situation and he agreed that changing the terms on us was not right but he would personally see to finding us matching tires. He called the next day saying that even he after much effort could not find 4 to match but that he would certainly honor the rest of our deal. So we went back the 3rd time and worked with Steve who was super. In summation, Steve was the only reason this sale was completed and Rick did all he could to make sure the vehicle was ready to go for us. The detail shop did a fantastic job; Monica who handled the paperwork was as pleasant a person as we found there; Ava was very pleasant and courteous but JL was quite abrasive and was the one who nearly cost the dealership this sale. Steve is the true asset to Beford here as had it not been for him we would have left that 2nd time not to return. We are very happy with our vehicle and recommend that anyone considering dealing with Beford ask for Steve or Rick. More
Drew & Sam found the exact car I wanted then proceeded to make sure the deal went through. The Mustang I just had to have was not on the lot but after they learned I promised my son who was kill proceeded to make sure the deal went through. The Mustang I just had to have was not on the lot but after they learned I promised my son who was killed while serving with the Army in 2008 that we would get new Mustangs when the 2013 came out they tracked the exact one down I wanted & worked a trade with that dealer & had it on the lot within 24 hours. When I picked it up it was cleaned with a full tank of gas & my first service appointment was made. Drew introduced me to the service manager who was friendly & said to call anytime I had a question or if I needed to chjange my first appointment. Judy Curnell More
