My husband and I live in Kentucky. We do not normally shop in this area but on a visit a few weeks ago we found ourselves browsing the Beford inventory. First and foremost, I never felt pressured to buy a car. Terry knew our price range and didn't just try to get us to get any car. Within less than two weeks, the PERFECT car came available and he called us right away. He knew it was just what we wanted. He never hasseled us with unneccessary calls or pressured us. This is my second car i have bought from beford in the past couple months and all based on friendliness and willingness to fix any problems i may have run into. I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything off the lot and they helped me order the truck that works for me. In addition, I could tell that the sales team is made up of a group of individuals who genuinely care about people. There were no fake smiles and handshakes. I can read people really good and I know that these people really care about giving their customers the best service possible. Another reason I liked buying my truck at Beford is that the sales staff is very knowledgable about the products they sell. In the past, I have had experiences with dealers and mechanics that don't even know as much as I do about the cars or products and I am no expert. Quander impressed me with his knowledge of the trucks and answered many questions that helped me make the correct choice for my truck. I believe that Beford has the true key to customer satisfaction. Customers want to know that they will be taken care of after they drive off the lot and they want sales staff to be able to provide good information. So there doesn't have to be any high pressure sales technique. The trucks sell themselves because they are great quality for a good price.
