This was probably the best experience I've ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. I almost didn't stop at Beford because I had just spent two hours trying unsuccessfully to come to an agreement with anothe purchasing a new vehicle. Terry Howard was great - he immediately found the exact vehicle I wanted and made an initial offer that was quite a bit better than the best offer at the dealership I had just come from. Terry was very nice, very down-to-earth, very helpful, and he didn't waste my time or play games with numbers. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Beford for my next vehicle. More

Once Melinda, in service, told me the extent of the damage to my 2004 F-150 I decided it would be cheaper to trade. Sam gave me a good price for my "Time Bomb" trade in and worked very hard to convince damage to my 2004 F-150 I decided it would be cheaper to trade. I was sold when I seen the new truck, but 4 days later, I'm still satisfied and think the deal was fair and equatable. Melinda and Sam were both very personalble and kept me informed as to their progress during the repairs of my old truck and the purchase of my new truck. Terry was exactly what I wanted from a salesman. I had wrecked my car this morning so I was desperately in need of transportation without a lot of time to shop. When I first arrived Steave Blankenship was verry rude and acted like he did not want to deal with me. The technician that looked my car over " Eric guston" had a great big list of things it "needed", whe and acted like he did not want to deal with me. The technician that looked my car over " Eric guston" had a great big list of things it "needed", when I asked to have him show me he declined and said "customers are not allowed back there" so I declined any work and after that he got verry angry and was even more rude than before, the technician had been calling me curse words when he thought I couldn't hear him. I took my car to another dealership and out of the 18 things Eric and Steave said were bad, only two were actually needed " witch was a brake light buld and air filter" and this guy said I needed brakes, rotors, ball joints, tie rod ends, a few seals and gaskets.. Ect, so needless to say, I won't be going back there More

Terry helped me through the buying process, got me in and out of there same day with a nice pre-owned truck for my son.
