I have never owned or had interest in owning a Ford vehicle before but my husband had seen the new Ford Fusions and really liked them. I didn't really have a preference so I went with him to Bedford. I never got that feeling at Bedford. They treated us as if we had been loyal customers for many years, and now, because of their excellent customer service and the quality of the Ford vehicle we purchased, we will probably be back when my husband purchases a new truck in a couple of years.
