I recently purchased my second vehicle from Beford Ford. About three and a half years ago I made my first purchase with salesperson Steve Bowker. Steve did a great job selling the vehicle. But more importantly, he was and has been very personable, friendly and polite every time I've seen him at the dealership. (We run into each other at every service visit.) Steve always remembers my name and greets me as a friend. You just don't find that kind of customer service in most businesses these days. It truly stands out. Steve also assisted in my recent purchase and was a great help to me. Along with Steve, was salesperson Terry Howard. Terry was also a great help. He helped me get the vehicle I wanted at a payment I could afford. There was no pricing games played and I was treated as an intelligent human being. I've been to some dealerships who regard a female as gullible and ignorant but I did not feel that way at Beford. Thank you, Terry and Steve, for treating me so well. Also, in closing, I'd like to comment that everyone I've encountered is very nice. That includes the service department, accounting and finance. I would rate Beford as a standout in customer service. Steve and Quander were informative and helpful explaining the options available to us on the different vehicles. Once we decided on a vehicle they dropped the sale price twice and gave an accessory with the options available to us on the different vehicles.
