My experience at Beford South Point Ford was excellent. I first went to Boyd County Ford to trade in my 2010 Ford Ranger and they would not work with me to get approved for a used 2011 F150 and would only sell me a new truck which was out of the price I wanted fo Ranger and they would not work with me to get approved for a used 2011 F150 and would only sell me a new truck which was out of the price I wanted for a monthly payment. Once I went to Beford I was met by a salesman Quander Wilson who was very helpful and insisted that he could get me approved for the truck I wanted and get me in my price range. Once I decided on the truck I was introduced to a Jl Mick who worked deligently to get me below the payment I wanted and got me approved for a 2010 F150 four door truck. Overall I would rate this vehicle purchasing experience as a 10 I was very satisfied and will continue to do future business with Beford Ford. More

Sam Bays was an excellent salesman. He didn't try to push anything on me, but put all my options on the table, which weren't many at first. I am glad I went to Beford South Point Ford. I have been to several other dealerships and none, NONE, measure up. Even the level of hospitality was amazing- from him and everyone there. Even the owners were lovely to work with. Because of their expertise, at just 21 years old I drove off the lot in a brand new 2012 Ford Focus.
