Service Beyond Our Expectations! We had no intentions of purchasing a car this weekend. The Service Department was repairing our 2008 Ford Explorer....speaking of which, they are so We had no intentions of purchasing a car this weekend. Communication, friendliness and helpfulness far exceeded the way we had been treated in Ashland!! They were so professional and eager to take care of our problem so we could get our car back on the road! We saw a Toyota advertised on their website and decided to take a test drive to see if that's the car we wanted. Sam Bays greeted us with a handshake and a smile with a willingness to meet our needs. He is not the typical 'pushy' car salesman! We asked if JL Mick was still there. He came out, shook our hands and gave us a hug. We had bought a Ford Explorer from him several years ago. The Toyota wasn't on that particular lot so we decided to take one of the Explorers on the lot for a test drive. We really liked it, but was hesitant to purchase without exploring our options first. JL made us a good offer, but we were still unsure. He then offered to write up the papers and we could take the vehicle home. We could bring it back on Monday and give him the keys or a check! We fell in love with it over the weekend and took the deal! Sam was so courteous, helpful and generous with his time. He answered all our questions and showed us how to manage all the new controls and options. He also offered his help with any questions we might have about our new vehicle days, weeks or even months after we drove off the lot!! Our entire experience with everyone involved with our purchase was professional, courteous and super fast!! You can't beat that for service with a smile!!! More

Great Experience! My husband and I were looking for a used low mileage truck. We pass Glockner Ford almost weekly and decided to look at used trucks. We met Cody and My husband and I were looking for a used low mileage truck. We pass Glockner Ford almost weekly and decided to look at used trucks. We met Cody and later Terry and although we did not find a truck that we wanted at this visit we were treated with friendliness and respect. A week later Terry called and told me that they had just received a truck that we might be interested in and gave me a selling price. We looked at the truck on Saturday and Cody took us for a test drive and then Cody and Terry sat down and we discussed price. We were not kept waiting for the back and forth hassle that usually occurs, but he gave us a price and we told him what we felt comfortable with and we met in the middle and were satisfied with the deal. Both Cody and Terry and in fact all the staff was courteous and made the experience fun. Monica completed the paper work quietly and we were on our way. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and would go back again if and when I was looking for another vehicle. More
