Great Service, Great Car! I've worked with Terry Howard on and off for over a year in finding the right car, at the right price, at the right time. He was not a "pushy car salesman" just trying to make a sale, but instead was very personable and proactive in helping me find the perfect fit. When I was finally ready to sign the papers and buy a new car, Terry was actually on vacation, but when he found out I was ready to purchase, he still helped me close the deal and gave me a great customer service before, during, and after the sale - while he was on vacation nonetheless! When I called back a week after buying the car to purchase All-Weather floor and cargo mats - he ordered and had them shipped to my home within a couple of days! Pat Adkins was also great to work with and very good in explaining the various options, especially the Extended Service Plans on Maintenance and Warranty.
