My Salesman , Fred Hogan helped my locate one and arranged a dealer trade to get the vehicle for me. Fred and Glockner gave me a great price, well woth the drive from Huntington, WV. Signed all th epaperwork and left dealership, planning on picking up vehicle the next day with my wife. When I got home, I realized the vehicle I had purchased did not have the MYFORDTOUCH. My wife really wanted this feature. I called Fred back in a panic. Fred was awesome! He was able to cancel the dealer trade, locate another vehicle and arrange that trade. Monica Runyon in finance was great, she sorted out, canceling the first deal and processing the second one. Great Experience with Glockner South Point Ford, Wife loves the Escape!!
