Highly recommend this dealership! Even on a day where the sales staff was short-handed, they more than capably managed to meet the needs of each and every customer in the place. Our salesman was working on multiple deals with 3 customers and not once were any of them not attended to or kept informed of the progress of their purchase. In short, our salesman, Sam Bays, worked miracles on this day. We left very happy in an excellent condition pre-owned 2011 Ford Explorer Limited. The whole purchasing experience took less than 3 hours from the time we hit the lot to the time the vehicle was detailed and even fully gassed up. Thank you Glockner South Point Ford!
