Mr. Bays, like Mr. Blankenship was personable, professional and extremely accommodating in answering all of our questions, concerns and needs in searching for a new vehicle. This was probably our best experience ever buying a vehicle and it can be attributed to these two gentlemen and their professional and service oriented demeanor. When we had selected and purchased the new truck, again both Mr. Bays and Mr. Blankenship made certain that my trailer hitch, bed extender and cover were moved over within only a very few minutes. Mr. Bays took great care in walking through the amenities and nuances of the truck....which, after having a great vehicle in my 2010 F150 I already had an indepth knowledge, however he taught me several new options and ways to better utilize my Sync and controls. Great sales team! The sales team definitely makes the experience great. Its very important and these guys brought it. Mark really took his time with us and was very patient with us. Even stayed past closing time to ensure I got to leave the lot with a car that evening which was my goal.
