YOU LIVE AND LEARN WE FIRST VISITED GLOCKNER ON THE WEBSITE LOOKING FOR A TOYOTA RAV. THE WEBSITE SHOWED THAT THE DEALERSHIP HAD IT SO WE MADE A DRIVE OVER THERE AND DI WE FIRST VISITED GLOCKNER ON THE WEBSITE LOOKING FOR A TOYOTA RAV. THE WEBSITE SHOWED THAT THE DEALERSHIP HAD IT SO WE MADE A DRIVE OVER THERE AND DISCOVERED GLOCKNER DID NOT HAVE IT. THEN WE WAS TOLD THEY COULD HAVE IT DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. WE WAITED THE NEXT DAY TO FIND OUT IT WAS SOLD. I BELIEVE NOW WE WERE JUST LIED TO BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T EVEN SHOW US PROOF OF ANYTHING. THEN STEVE ASKED WHAT OTHER KIND OF CAR I WAS INTERESTED IN AND I TOLD HIM A KIA SOUL. HE FOUND ME ONE A FEW DAYS LATER. I WENT IN AND TEST DROVE IT. I WASN'T REALLY TOO IMPRESSED WITH IT BECAUSE I REALLY WANTED THAT TOYOTA RAV THAT WAS FALSELY ADVERTISED ON WEBSITE. SO I DECIDED TO GO TO "MY" BANK TO FINANCE THAT MONDAY, SO THAT WAY I COULD REALLY THINK ABOUT WHAT I WANTED TO DO. BUT INSTEAD I GOT STEVE "IN MY FACE" THE WHOLE TIME PRESSURING ME LIKE A TYPICAL SALESMAN DOES. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY I GO AHEAD AND GET IT, MY WORST MISTAKE. I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS AFTER PROBLEMS OUT OF THAT CAR AND EVEN TALKED TO STEVE AND HE EVEN QUOTED TO ME "GIVE IT A FEW MORE WEEKS AND IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH IT, COME BACK OVER HERE AND WE WILL MAKE YOU HAPPY." I GO BACK OVER THERE AND IT'S LIKE TRADING IN ALL OVER AGAIN, THEY WON'T EVEN GIVE ME WHAT I PAID THEM FOR IT. YOU LIVE AND LEARN!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK. More
