Thank You GOD!!!! God has a way of putting people where they need to be. After recently totaling my car, I was faced with trying to find another one as soon as possible God has a way of putting people where they need to be. After recently totaling my car, I was faced with trying to find another one as soon as possible to keep from missing any work. I was not looking forward to doing that. It is very stressful and who wants to spend a beautiful weekend crunching numbers and worrying if you are making decisions that you will have to live with for several years to come. My husband and I had planned to spend all day Saturday driving around to different dealers trying to get the best car for the best value. This was not to be. South Point Ford was the first and last place we stopped. My husband and I arrived on the grounds of the South Point Ford establishment and were greeted by a friendly salesman, Steve, who answered our questions and assisted us in looking at what "we" were interested in right- off- the- bat. We were introduced to Mr. Bays who helped us get into the car we eventually purchased. He was polite and took his time with us. We never felt rushed or like we were just another car shopper. If I didn't know better, I could have been dealing with an old friend who was trying to make sure I was satisfied or impressed with his place of business. We were serious about buying a car and I think he knew that. We weren't "jerked" around or handled. There was no major price haggling either. We were fairly dealt with when it came to the price. Every interaction felt sincere. Even the dreaded trip to the finance office was pleasant- thanks to Ms. Runyon. A special thanks to her for all she did. I will admit I was not happy about going out of state to buy a car. It was my husband's idea. I am glad now that I did. I am a loyalist when it comes to those with whom I give my business. This dealership was very friendly, professional, and sincere. I will most certainly recommend them to my friends and co-workers (I actually already have). And I will go there first when I am in the need of another vehicle. It is true that a satisfied customer is the best advertisement a business can have, When I drive my car around town it now has a different dealers name on the back. South Point Ford is a customer service "10"! And thank you God for leading us their way. More
