As a customer, I would like to be up to date on everything that is going on. Otherwise, Steve did a very good job with dealing with our situation. Joe was such a huge help. Painless Purchase This is my second new vehicle purchase from Glockner (Bob Clyse). It is not the usual high pressure sales tactics that make you dread buying a new vehicle. I made initial contact with Jeff Doak, who I have purchased several vehicles from in the past. He found a vehicle that fit my needs and put me in the capable hands of Sam Schwed. I don't know how it is possible, but Sam was even more low pressure than Jeff. He answered all of my questions, even the stupid ones, and if he didn't know, he checked an got me a correct answer. After finalizing the details, Joe proceeded to take over and handled the hard part of any purchase, paying for it. He explained all of the details of the financing and didn't leave me wondering what had happened. Besides my prior dealings with the sales staff, one of the reasons I made this purchase from Glockner instead of another dealer was my experience with the service and parts department. Any time I have had a service need, Tina and Aaron have been as accommodating as possible. They have scheduled the service so that it was convenient and if necessary, arranged for shuttle service or a loaner vehicle, all at no cost to me. Tim Sparks in the Parts Department has been very helpful when I need parts for my other GM vehicles, even when I have had him order a part that I gave him the part number for and it turned out to be the wrong part. Other people at the dealership who I do not know there names have also been very friendly and helpful in all of my visits, for this purchase, prior service visits and to pick up parts. These include the other sales persons, the receptionist, the ladies in the Cashier's office and the person who is mopping the showroom floor when I have an early morning service appointment. All in all, this dealership sets the standard. I cannot compare it to any other dealers because I have no reason to go anywhere else. Also, I am not related to anyone at the dealership, and I did not receive an incentive to provide a positive review. More
