Maria was very helpful and thorough when explaining what the mechanics had found, and what exactly needed to be done to my car. My only complaint is because the parts were not available and my car obviously wouldn't start. I wasn't able to get home without providing myself a ride. I also was without a car for a full day. I've had Nissans for years, and when servicing my car with the other Nissan dealer (auto nation) They would provide me with a rental or call me an Uber. I also own a Ford and the Ford dealerships will provide a driver to take me home or provide a loaner as well depending on the service. so that's my only downfall with Glory Nissan and I find that to be the only part that was a disservice. Very professional After our positive experience with Edward at the dealership, the next day we did notice the left rear tire pressure was still low. This was nothing that Edward missed since I had asked Edward at the dealership, the next day we did notice the left rear tire pressure was still low. This was nothing that Edward missed since I had asked him about it. But our request was to have the tires rotated if it was ready to do so. The actual rotation could have occurred but I'm just bringing it up as an area for further confirmation from the service techs to the service manager, especially since we paid $30 for the rotation service.
