Cabrina is extremely unprofessional! She doesn’t know how to converse with the customer but is able to throw insults and speak to them degrading. First off I bought a car and on the 29th day my alternator went out and trapped me and my kids in the car and 105° weather for almost 10 minutes. I went back-and-forth and finally they were willing alternator went out and trapped me and my kids in the car and 105° weather for almost 10 minutes. I went back-and-forth and finally they were willing to pay for my battery even though I let them know that I would like to go through AAA so I can have a warranty on my battery so they gave me a battery with no warranty when I first signed all my paperwork for the car. They had my down payment wrong by $1000 so I had to scoop up an extra thousand dollars out of nowhere. I would not suggest glory Nissan to anyone near and dear to my heart. More
