I just purchased a used truck from them; however, after replaying the experience, I feel I was taken advantage of from the beginning. The truck is great but not even a good deal. It’s on me for not taking someone with me to keep things in the up and up and for letting the nerves/emotions take over. I inquired about a vehicle about a week ago and went as far as filling out the paperwork for pre-qualification. I received an email stating that I was approved, and a salesman reached out to me via text as far as filling out the paperwork for pre-qualification. I received an email stating that I was approved, and a salesman reached out to me via text as well as a phone call. After gathering more financial information from me, I was informed that the vehicle that I was interested in hasn’t even been built yet. I sent a message back asking if there was an approximate date that they should be expecting it to be on the lot and I never received a call or text back. This was four days ago. I had a representative call me the day after I asked the salesman about the possible arrival date of the vehicle and asked how my experience was going with the buying process. I informed her that I had messaged the salesman and he never responded back. She told me that he was “probably just looking more into it and would get back with me.” Three days later, I still haven’t received word from anyone. It’s a shame because I was really interested in this vehicle and will have to look elsewhere for my new purchase. More
