Typical slimy salesmanship I expect from auto dealerships. Bought a Certified Pre-Owned Kia, drove it off the lot and found heat damaged plastic side-view mirror housings a couple days later that dealerships. Contacted the sales team to find out if it was covered by my platinum warranty, only to be told I drove it off the lot, the purchase was as-is, and warranty wasn’t available. They had no interest in even looking at the issue or referring me to their service department to determine the nature of the problem. Instead, they said they could sell me new mirrors. I subsequently called KIA corporate and was told this is not how problems are handled and referred me to another dealership to have the mirrors assessed. Unprofessional and unethical. I’d avoid this place if shopping for a new KIA. More
Marked on my car inspection that there was a “oil/fluid” leak. Yet nothing was conveyed. Had to reach back out to find out there was a non-urgent oil leak that required cleaning and dye to locate it and tha leak. Yet nothing was conveyed. Ridiculous honestly, especially considering Kia of Puyallup had located leaks for me on other vehicles without that $270 fee. More

He included my daughter and son in the conversation that was factual but kept it light hearted. We were treated warmly and with care during the process even through the finance part by Tiyerra.
