"I am a professional auto transporter, and my company is fully vetted, insured, and compliant with all DOT/MC requirements to operate on Central Dispatch. Because of the high standards required to even acce fully vetted, insured, and compliant with all DOT/MC requirements to operate on Central Dispatch. Because of the high standards required to even access that platform, I expect a basic level of professional courtesy when inquiring about posted loads. I contacted Godspeed Motor Company regarding a load they had listed. Instead of a professional interaction, I was met with a dismissive and rude attitude regarding my rating history on Central Dispatch. It is disappointing to see a dealership treat transport partners with such nonchalance, especially when we are the ones facilitating their business. Due to this experience, I have blackballed this company from my business. I will not be transporting for them in the future, and I cannot recommend them to other carriers who value professionalism and mutual respect." More
