When buying a used car it is diffficult to not feel like you are being taken advantage of. I have done it a few times now and always ended up feeling slighted in one way or another. But not this time and I am confident to say never again. This is my first buying expeirence with them, however I know it is not my last. Well the two dealers I visited told me how great the condition of their vehicles were and so i went to see them only to find out that they weren't in the shape they described to me, they then tried to put me in another vehicle(More expensive) they had on their lot, disgusted I walked out. After going back online I found an 2007 escalade at Gold Coast Cadillac submitted a request for information, which I received 10 minutes later, followed by a phone call from the Internet Manager Steve Stigliano from the initial email to the fianl sale of my Escalade I was handeled very professionally. All my questions were answered over the phone, we then arranged a time for a test drive, when I arrived the truck was waiting for me in the exact condition it was described(which was excellent) after my test drive the deal couldn't have gone any easier. All the numbers were worked out right in front of me nothing was hidden, no managers went back and forth (as I've experienced in the past at other dealers)Steve being a manager handeled the entire process from start to finish and I couldn't have been happier and more impressed with Steve Stigliano as my salesperson and the dealership as a whole.
