Be careful of what the car salesman say in this dealer. They will pull all kind of tactics to get you buy. The car salesmen told us multiple times that they will get us a 90 day payment delay with the bank, which was never something we even needed or as ask for. But that threw off our expectation of the car payment. When the payments wasn't deducted from our bank, we didn't think too much of it, we thought maybe it was the payment delay mentioned by the salesmen. Sure enough, our cars got repossessed a bit after 90 days, now we have to deal with the mess, fees, and time. Be careful buying here. More

Fabi is very helpful and her service is top notch. She explained the information about trading process about the car carefully. I really like it about Driving EV because this is my first time. Thanks a lot Nissan!!! More

This is beyond ridiculous. Check this out. I got a letter from Nissan about a recall, asking me to bring my car to the service center for a free repair. Alright, fair enough. S Check this out. I got a letter from Nissan about a recall, asking me to bring my car to the service center for a free repair. Alright, fair enough. So, I called their service department on Monday, March 31st, spoke to a lady, and scheduled an appointment for April 2nd. Simple, right? I showed up at 11 AM, handed the guy my recall letter and car keys, and he started checking me in. For some reason, this process took about 20 minutes—no idea why, but whatever, I waited. Then, after 20 minutes, he finally comes out and says, "We don't have that part right now. We're going to order it and let you know when it arrives." Seriously??? Nissan, why on earth did you schedule and confirm my appointment if you didn’t even have the parts in stock? That’s an hour-long round trip for me, wasted time, gas, and patience, all down the drain. And hey, Nissan, since no one in your company has apparently thought of this yet, let me gift you a revolutionary business idea—for free! Ready? Try implementing a basic verification step in your scheduling process to make sure you actually have the necessary parts before confirming appointments. This can be done through software by linking your scheduling system to inventory, or, if that’s too advanced, maybe just ask someone before locking in a customer’s time. Mind-blowing, huh? No need to thank me. Honestly, I was already unimpressed with my Pathfinder, but after this, I’m done. Never buying a Nissan/Infiniti again. More
