Excellent Experience I shopped around for quite a while for a new pickup. I tried everything in the mid and full size range, and when I went to try the GMC Canyon, loved I shopped around for quite a while for a new pickup. I tried everything in the mid and full size range, and when I went to try the GMC Canyon, loved it. Harshil Patel and Lee Pelton helped me after Larry Zaenker and Jim Beman answered my initial questions. There was never any pressure to commit, and I had taken a pretty thorough test drive without even anything beyond my name being asked. When I ordered one custom, we sat down for about an hour detailing every option. I did have to wait quite a while for delivery, but this was secondary to rail lines not delivering product, and quite beyond the dealers control; as soon as inventory could be called up or expedited, they were on it. When we had bad snowstorms immobilizing my own car while awaiting delivery, I was able to call in and borrow a free GMC Terrain for a couple days to get me to and from work, without any hassle or questions. I got a price right around invoice with no hassle, a fair price on my trade in, and an excellent interest rate and loan. While waiting for paperwork to get processed, we even went out to lunch. Everyone was always very responsive, very professional, and very courteous. I heartily recommend anyone interested in a new vehicle to shop here, and look forward to doing business with this group again in the future More
