First timer at this dealership We saw a vehicle online that we liked, requested info and Andrew Favaloro the salesperson got back to us within an hour. We set up test drive for tha We saw a vehicle online that we liked, requested info and Andrew Favaloro the salesperson got back to us within an hour. We set up test drive for that night, Andrew called prior to appt. to let us know vehicle is out front ready to be driven. When we arrived Andrew was there waiting for us, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, showed us all the options it has, we went for a drive, and we decided to purchase it. Andrew was no high pressure, no "salesman" like attitude he was straightforward which we appreciated. We then moved on to meeting sales manager Kevin who made the deal happen for us under our terms!! Then met with Pete the business manager and did the paperwork. All staff were very helpful, answered all questions and if they didn't know they did not make up answers or try to "schmooze" us, they just found out the answers. We picked up the vehicle the next day and unfortunately there was a broken piece on the inside door which could harm someone if not fixed. I immediately let Andrew know this, he got Kevin and they both came out to view the damage, without hesitation they agreed to repair or replace the piece and assured us they would take care of this and make us satisfied. We are in the waiting part of this now and I will update my review once the repair is completed and let you know how it all went. This will also give us experience with the service department to review on ( time to repair, efficiency, etc.) So far we are totally happy with our experience. We would highly recommend Andrew Favaloro for sales and recommend working with all the others we have met too. Thank you for a comfortable, pleasant, professional experience to date!! More
