Two of my three sons own Jeeps right and the third did. The salesman at Goldsteins , Scott was wonderful to work with. I knew what Jeep I wanted and he had it. No hassle. After that I left and he didn't try to keep me from leaving by talking about other models and deals on other cars like other dealerships I visited.I mulled over the other offers I got and decided to stick with Goldstein because the price of the car and and my experience with dealing with them was great now and the last time I bought a car from Goldstein 8 years ago. 2015 Ram 1500 I had been shopping a few different dealerships in the Albany Area. I decided to stop in to Goldstein because being in the military and having USAA FC I had been shopping a few different dealerships in the Albany Area. I decided to stop in to Goldstein because being in the military and having USAA FCU gave me buying power with participating dealerships Goldstein being on of them. I was greeted instantly and then introduced to a sales rep named Scott Ross. He went out of his way a few times. First he went and searched out of state to get the truck I wanted. He also made sure he was available if I had and concerns. I did run into a few issues with the delivery of the truck. The detail shop was to do a $200.00 Best of the Best detail job on the New truck. I don't think they did anything other than wash it since the tape was on the back window still paint pen on the wheels still and a bunch of other stuff. I also paid a decent amount to have the paint sealed, rustproofed, undercoated and interior sealed. the company they use to do this to my truck has NO attention to detail. They missed areas all over the truck, over spray on the wheels, and exhaust (which it has now been over 300 miles and the smell from the undercoating sprayed on the exhaust is still coming into the cab of the truck) I notified the service department and they are taking care of the issues I have had next week. I will follow up with a review of how Goldstein does with fixing the issues I have had. To be fair these issues I have had are mostly not with Goldstein. More
