I have wanted this car for over 20 years. They were kind and accommodating. Everyone (as always) was great. James my sales guy was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and nice. He took his time with me and answered a million questions. Charles the money guy was nice and easy to work with. Rob the sales manager was personable and funny. The entire team worked together to put me in my dream car. I will never go anywhere else. Keep up The good work Goldstein Subaru! More

I came in a week early and told the advisor I had a bad usb port and it needed to be replaced thinking they would have the part there ready to be installed. I got some song and dance that they couldn’t ord usb port and it needed to be replaced thinking they would have the part there ready to be installed. I got some song and dance that they couldn’t order the part on my diagnosis which is pureBS! The part is a common issue with that vehicle. Now I have to go back to get it installed. I had my car towed there after I got two flat tires. I was surprised that they would not offer me a rental car stating that I’m not a regular customer even thought I’ve been a loyal Subaru owner for ove I was surprised that they would not offer me a rental car stating that I’m not a regular customer even thought I’ve been a loyal Subaru owner for over 10 years. I usually go to a different local Subaru dealership where I bought my car and have always gotten a rental as well as quick, reasonably priced service. It took almost a full 24 hours to get two tires replaced and cost me $525 which feels excessive. They also made my fill out an overnight envelope rather than helping me at the desk even though I arrived there 25 minutes before they closed. All in all, I was a bit disappointed by this experience, but I am usually a Five Star Subaru customer and have been much more pleased with their service department. More
