They don't do transmission work, which that's fine, that's not the reason for 2 stars. The reason for 2 stars is they said they would send it out to be worked on but then called back several days later that's not the reason for 2 stars. The reason for 2 stars is they said they would send it out to be worked on but then called back several days later and gave me back the car and said the techs are busy for over a week. I'm not mad that they didn't send it out or the loaner policy. I'm mad they didn't just say hey we don't do transmission here's a suggestion to another dealership. I wasted a week and had to get a rental when I could of still driven my car. Staff was very kind and understanding but some clarification would be great. More
