I had a quality issue with my new Jeep Wrangler. First oil change and the vehicle needed to be taken off the road. I was given another Wrangler to use while we waited for the back ordered part. They have offered to cover any fine we receive from the state for late registration of a new vehicle. ------ Botched paperwork twice. Verbally offered one price, then changed it when it got drawn up. Refused to communicate after the sale. Only provided a 10 day temp tag but no paperwork to complete state registration for a perm plate More

No one calls correct phone number to let us know what’s going on with jeeps or when ready to pick up. Will be dealing with another Jeep dealership from now on.
