We initially had no intention of purchasing a vehicle as we had sever months remaini My wife and I had a great buying experience working with Richie. We initially had no intention of purchasing a vehicle as we had sever months remaining on our lease, however, we decided it would be a good time to start looking to figure out what we wanted in our next car. There was a very nicely appointed Durango that we looked over and became interested in. We were in no hurry to make a purchase as we had time and Richie was very respectful of that and did not push us to buy the vehicle. After a couple weeks of deliberating we struck a deal that we felt was good enough to turn our previous lease in early and purchase the Durango. The experience was very enjoyable as we were able to take our time and reassure ourselves that the Durango was the right vehicle for us. Thanks for the great service Richie. More

Had multiple offers but purchased here for a great reason! I had not heard of this dealership until May of 2017 when I was considering my options to trade a Jeep Compass in for a newer model with less problems I had not heard of this dealership until May of 2017 when I was considering my options to trade a Jeep Compass in for a newer model with less problems and more features. At that time things didn't work out creditwise but I did keep them in mind as I had a positive and personable experience, better than one I had at the Dodge dealership our family had used for several years. Fast forward to Jan 6, 2018 and I was surprised to learn that one of my banks was looking to drive auto loan sales and was more than happy to extend more credit than I expected though I'm sure it helped that I had been diligent with my responsibilities. From there I started looking at my options for either a Renegade or a Cherokee and had several potentials picked out. However, when it came to visit on Monday, Jan 8 Golling ended up being my first and only stop. I had the emailed Jessica, their Business Development Manager first asking if it was ok to stop by around 1:30p to which she said of course. When I arrived I let the person who was closest to the door know I was there to see Jessica (I already knew I would be introduced a Sales Consultant but didn't know who) and he went and checked if she was available. Unfortunately, she had stepped out for lunch but he did introduce me to Dave Bryant who ended up selling me the 2017 Jeep Renegade that I had seen listed on the website. The entire time that Dave and I were working together he was nothing but honest, straight forward, personable, friendly, and professional. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, asked clarifying questions, and matched me to the Jeep's I was looking at. At no time was he pushy or attempting to sell me something I didn't want. Admittedly, I did some into the dealership having done my homework which helped to streamline the process and make it a smooth transaction for both of us. After allowing me to test drive both the Cherokee and Renegade he asked what I liked about both and what I didn't. At that time I was still a bit on the fence as to which Jeep I wanted so we sent the both deals back to Roy, the Finance guru who worked on them both and found the Renegade would make the most sense and frankly did drive better in my opinion. During the time that they were finalizing the deal everyone kept me updated and made sure I was being taken care of. Dustin, who worked with me the first time I came in, evan came out to say hi and make sure I was comfortable. Dave knew that I was trading my other Jeep and went to bat to get a better deal than one that I was given with a competing dealership which made my other deal work out all the better. He also found out and included in the one feature that the Jeep was missing and went so far to call around out the best deal to get it installed and arrange for it (good to know, Jeep does not have an after production Remote Starter available to get installed at this time so we had to go the aftermarket route which will still be awesome) to be installed close to where I live. In the end they were able to beat the finance offer I had come in with, get me into a brand new Jeep and make it an awesome experience. When I was searching I called them first as Jessica had kept in touch with me the entire time span that I had been there at first to then and even sent me a birthday card. The service that you receive at Golling is top notch and I highly recommend working with Dave. Thank you. More
