Poor service! Unsafe vehicles! Unfortunately we had a poor experience with this company and no one had been able to help, in fact we expressed our concerns we were accused of “causi Unfortunately we had a poor experience with this company and no one had been able to help, in fact we expressed our concerns we were accused of “causing trouble” wow unreal! This is customer service? This is how you treat a paying customer and prospective future customers? We purchased a used vehicle, mind you we are aware it’s usually “as is” however within a week of driving it we ran into major issues. We brought our vehicle to a Hyundai specialist in hopes that they would just repair any issues since it’s under a Hyundai warranty. Well, come to find out the problem was with the tires (not wear and tear). The GM of Golling was nice enough to replace the tires (we split the cost) however car is still having issues. We were told our alignment needs to be redone by Hyundai but golling is refusing to help so now we have to pay to have a re alignment done. We didn’t purchase a new car, however we spent quite a bit for this used vehicle and it makes noise and has steering issues. All we wanted was a clue/repair as to what the problem is with 2017 vehicle! Completely dishonest if you ask me! Not to mention when I had all 4 tires replaced which the thread was still good they kept the 4 original tires that we paid for. So now they charged us $250 for new tires and kept the original four ... and there is still a problem with car. We were just looking for a safe vehicle to drive and clearly this is not the place. Astonished that instead of rectifying they slander us with being “trouble makers”. 👎 👎 More
Bad Customer Service This dealer is one of the worst dealers I have seen. The staff was rude to me and one of the staff names is Danial broke my seat and he actually admitted it that. It was my first time going there just for an oil change. I had to call them more than ten times just to explain that Danial broke my seat. They treated me so bad and they said that I only have a 2006 Avalon what I'm expecting!!!!!!!. After negotiation, they didn't fix it like it was, they put a piece of steel under the seat just for 5 minutes after I left there dealer. I will never come back again and I already talked to many people that I know about this experience. All I needed from them is to fix my seat like it was nothing much. Badddddddd customer service. More

Never going back I took my car there for service on a Saturday morning and I paid for my service but didn’t get the complete work finished this time because of the pri I took my car there for service on a Saturday morning and I paid for my service but didn’t get the complete work finished this time because of the price. The next day I noticed my ziplock bag with almost $100 in it emptied out the bag was cut open and all the change was taken they left the ziplock bag. My bag was left in the arm rest which no one should have went in. That morning I seen my bag full of change in my arm rest I had just went into the arm rest to get something while waiting to be greeted. When I went back to the horribly ran business the manager told me that I was liable for things taken from my car and that she basically trusted her employees. So I lost out on the payment that was going to towards my repairs and the money that was stolen from my car. I have been to this location more than once and have no reason to accuse anyone of anything but RIGHT IS RIGHT and WRONG IS WRONG. I haven’t heard anything back from the GM but I’ll be finding me a new Toyota dealer to work with. More

Golling Toyota continues to impress I have a 2010 Highlander and take it to Golling Toyota for regular service. Every time I do, I'm grateful to have such a fabulous service department taking care of my vehicle. The work is done right, in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price. And it's great to know my Highlander is being serviced by people who know Toyotas inside and out. I also have to give major kudos to Chris Walker, who is by far the BEST service advisor I've EVER encountered in my 40+ years of driving. He's friendly, honest, and goes out of his way to make the customer happy. I might just invite him to my family's Thanksgiving dinner this year! More
Avoid at ALL COSTS!! Sold me a LEMON Purchased a used truck here December 21, 2018 just under $20k in cash. In early January, I took it back to complete the necessary repairs they promise Purchased a used truck here December 21, 2018 just under $20k in cash. In early January, I took it back to complete the necessary repairs they promised of putting on new tires and a couple other repairs they promised when I purchased. They topped the truck up with oil the first week of January which would last 5000 miles or till June 2019. They even showed me the dipstick to prove it had oil topped off. By end of February 2019, I noticed every time I turned it on there was a thick cloud of smoke coming out of the exhaust. By the 2nd week of March the problem seemed to be getting worse and my check engine light came on so I took it to my mechanic who said the oil was completely dry. The engine burned 4 quarts of oil over the course of a month in a half. They said it needs a new engine, just over $6000 in repairs. They said this was not a sudden onset and it’s been like this for awhile, there’s no way this happened since I purchased the car. I have only put 2500 miles on it since I purchased it & most of that was driving from Alabama and back on the highway. I went back to Toyota to see if they would rectify the situation and do right since it hadn’t even been 90 days since I bought the car. I was told my James Huffly, the manager, that they would not do anything and that I should just come back for an oil change every month. They said I would have to pay full price for an engine change and there’s “nothing they can do & goodluck”. This is my first time ever purchasing from a dealership and it was just a horrible experience. I feel totally scammed and taken advantage of. I went in there calmly and really thought they would do the right thing here instead they completely denied the problem even existing and offered no solution. Chase Stanford and James Huffly sold me a lemon and happily took my money, but do nothing for their customers after they sign for the car. They try and bribe customers to write good reviews in exchange for free oil changes, but refuse to take responsibility for major maintenance issues that occur shortly after purchase. I advise anyone else to BEWARE of Golling Toyota! They do not care about their customers & do not stand by the cars they sell. If anything major goes wrong, even if you only own it under 90 days, they will not take blame and you will get stuck with the bill & a broken car!! More
