I went into this Dealership with my fiance to look at a car for him. Noel helped us out and we drove away with a bran d new Ford Focus. Noel took my car for a spin, we worked out some #'s and I left to think about it till the next day when we would be going back to pick up the Ford. I made a deal with Noel & told him to finish what he was doing and I took the vehicle I wanted for a long drive. When I came back we wrote it up and I was the proud new owner of a Mazda Tribute 2011. I received an offer in the mail and decided to check out my tradein options. I met with Jane Kartes. She was friendly and very helpful. I had financing already but they thought they could get me a better interest rate and they did. With the exception of one time when my husband purchased a suv that turned into a huge mistake, I have always had Fords. My husband passed away and this is the first time I purchased a vehicle on my own so I had some anxieties. The process was fast painless and pleasant. It felt like we were their friends. Through the entire process everyone there ensured we were happy, ensured we were getting what we wanted, and made sure any issues were dealt with immediately. Even dealing with the finance part was pleasurable! They got us a better deal than my bank! We were given top dollar for our trade in and they ensured the vehicle we bought was what we wanted.
