We (myself and wife) started looking for a newer truck in April of 2011. We traveled to many dealerships to see what we could find. The salesman (Dave Behling) at Gordie Boucher Ford in Janesville, asked many questions to find out what our needs and price range would be. We drove several different vehicles in the 6 months we were looking, answered all our questions with confidence and patience and even checked interent and other dealerships to help us find exactly what we wanted. There was never any pressure put on us by Dave to purchase a vehicle. In September of 2011 we finally found what we were looking for. When we picked up the truck, Dave stayed well past closing time to go over how everything worked, set up bluetooth, and continued to answer more questions. I had a few questions, and I was a little confused with the financing. Once I decided to ask my questions, they were answered promptly and quite satisfactorily. I was pretty picky about the options I wanted on my car, and I ran them around a little bit, but they found the car I wanted. They were willing to help me get exactly what I wanted. I have found two minor problems with the car so far. Tomorrow I plan on stopping by to see what they can do about it. More

They are quick to, and would love to sell you a car. Now that I have had the honor of dealing with their service department, I have to say when it comes to service after a sale, they will scuffle with you w that I have had the honor of dealing with their service department, I have to say when it comes to service after a sale, they will scuffle with you when it comes to anything to do for under warranty for you. If you are paying cold, hard, cash, I have a feeling they will do whatever you want without rushing the job. It's too bad their service department isn't nearly as easy to deal with as the sales associates. Also, their some of their employees get to pick a used car they would like to take to lunch or drive around with, and they beat the crap out of these cars. If you didn't buy a car from their dealership, their service department will really give you the runaround for warranty claims, unless you want to pay cash, of course. Very, very, very, closely inspect their used cars before you make an offer. I mean everything. More

Recently bought a 2006 Ford F-150 from this place. Noticed a "rattle" sound coming from beneath the truck during the test-drive. The salesman said he had the mechanics check it over Noticed a "rattle" sound coming from beneath the truck during the test-drive. The salesman said he had the mechanics check it over and it was a minor problem and said it would be taken care of the next day. Went back the next day and was told that they didn't have the parts in stock and would have to order them, and they should be here in a couple days. A week and half later they finally called. I showed up on Saturday, turns out they were going to replace the entire catalytic converter but didn't have any time to do it so I'd have to make an appointment for service. Made an appointment, dropped off the truck. The next day they called me and said the truck was fixed. I went there to pick up the truck and they couldn't find the keys or paperwork. They said the keys should be in the truck somewhere. Spent 10 minutes digging through the entire truck trying to find the keys. Finally somebody in the showroom found them laying on a stack of paperwork. Got in the truck, got half-way across the parking lot and heard the same loud rattle they said they fixed. This place is a joke. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!! More
