New Tires Took our Ford Edge in for four new tires. Was notified that an alignment was needed. Tires were installed and alignment was done in a timely matter. We were told to get the more expensive tires, however they failed to let us know that we could purchase tire insurance for $45.00. We were told this upon calling them to inquire if there was insurance on them after tire went flat due to a screw in the side of the tire. Asked if the insurance could still be added and was told no.
