Strung me along for days over buying a new vehicle. I came into Gordie Boucher Ford hoping they could sell me a Ford Fusion. Their first deal was probably the most unfavorable out of all the car dealers I came into Gordie Boucher Ford hoping they could sell me a Ford Fusion. Their first deal was probably the most unfavorable out of all the car dealers I had been to up until that point, with the highest monthly payments and the least amount of incentives offered. At first, I was only offered $2100 or so in incentives when every other Ford dealer was giving $2500 plus $2000 in Ford credit. Then the next day the salesman said he would give me $5000 in dealer incentives "no games" were his exact words which I have saved in writing on a text message. By the third day the incentives declined to $3750. So which is it? Then things finally began to look promising and I was told I would find out later that night if they could sell me the car under acceptable terms after making a special trip to the dealer after work only to find myself waiting around for 15 to 20 minutes for the salesman who was supposed to meet me there (the salesman always seemed to be having emergencies or something else going on). Then when I texted him much later that night he said I wouldn't know until the next day. Hogwash! I know it doesn't take that long to pull a deal together. If they were willing and able to do the deal they would have that same day (I had already been dealing with them for several days prior to this). Then texted him back the next day and asked if he could better an offer from another Ford dealer and he said he'd have to check with "Scott" as if I know who any of these people are. I never heard back from him again so I guess as a potential repeat customer I wasn't even deserving of a reply. I have no idea why these car dealers insist on jerking people around like this for days and hours on end and wasting their customers time and theirs. It would be better for them in the long run to try to keep me as a customer (I did buy a new vehicle there once before) or at least level with me and admit that they could not help me at this time. I could've respected that, moved on and tried again at a later time. So as of now I still have no new vehicle. All I have is wasted days and hours, lots of pent up stress and anger and all Gordie Boucher Ford will ever get from me is no more further business, negative reviews and my recommendations to friends and family (one of whom bought a car there once) to look elsewhere for a vehicle. More

Just a weird experience First, let me say, I really love my new Edge Platinum. Its comfortable, and quiet! The sound system could use some more "bottom". It has 12 speakers First, let me say, I really love my new Edge Platinum. Its comfortable, and quiet! The sound system could use some more "bottom". It has 12 speakers, but sound quality needs help. The dealership did a good job in finding me the one I wanted and did do a dealer trade for it. When I came to pick up the car, it was sitting outside waiting for me. I grabbed the keys right away and took a look at it, and it looked like it was never cleaned up for delivery. I had to say something to the salesman about it, and I think it surprised him a little bit, but he did take it back into the shop to have them clean it again. Then there was no license plate bracket on the front of the car, which the salesman said he would take care of for me. Then we had issues getting plates for the vehicle at the dealership, though this was not a dealership issue, it was a Wisconsin issue, but they ended up giving me a temp registration when I took the car. The next day I got a call from the dealership saying they fixed the plate issue and to come get them. So a day or so later, I went in there, and the salesman was off that day, but we were able to find the plates through another salesman. He made me sign for them and handed me the plates, and said, have a nice day. Look, I know how to install license plates, but because there was no bracket on the front, I could not install the front one. SO, then I walked back into the parts department to ask about a front license plate bracket for my $47K Edge, and the parts guy really took care of me, he got the manager involved right away, and then he got one, walked me over to service, and asked the service guy to install this for me right away. The guy I dealt with in service could not have been any nicer to me! Very Very polite! I was just amazed by they way he handled this. So it took about 20 minutes to get this done, which was great. Then the next day, I get a call from the dealership saying that I have to bring the car back in to get a different set of plates for it, again, a Wisconsin issue I assume, but he did offer to give me a full tank of gas for my inconvenience. So, like I said, I am not sure quite how to rate this, because I have bought a ton of cars in my lifetime, but never had stuff like this happen to me. More

Problems in Service I booked an appointment 3 days in advance to get new tires. When I arrived at the appointed time I was checked in with their normal efficiency. 10 m I booked an appointment 3 days in advance to get new tires. When I arrived at the appointed time I was checked in with their normal efficiency. 10 minutes later I was informed that there had been a foul up on getting the tires and it would be 2 and a half hours before they would arrive. I had a book to read so I chose to stay. 4 hours later having finished my book I went outside to get some fresh air only to find my vehicle sitting outside. The work had been done but during the entire time no one had bothered to keep me informed as to the status of the work. The service manager was very apologetic but seemed more concerned with keeping me from writing about may experience than anything else. More

He very patiently went over every single detail of every bell and whistle!!! Wade even came in on his day off to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
